Renovation projects usually start with an onsite visit, we’ll then discuss your budgets, time restraints and creative ideas to develop a project plan. Hops and Camellias take over sourcing trades such as architects, builders, electricians and plumbers. If you’re already set up, we can fit in with everyone else working on your home and develop our own Interior Design plan alongside their schedules.
As well as homes and holiday homes, Hops and Camellias work on renovations of commercial properties. Recent projects have included converting and redecorating unloved spaces into luxury apart-rooms for short city breaks, and the complete renovation of one of Cornwall’s most loved coastal restaurants. Both included radical reorganisation of the spaces involved, tight deadlines to meet commercial requirements and careful choices of furniture and fittings to ensure resilience alongside fabulous looks!
