The Client Brief:
This wonderful 3-bedroom house was to have a sleek barn look, that wasn’t obviously coastal and had a clear design influence throughout. The clients had done much of the work themselves and only asked Elaine Skinner to create the window treatments throughout.
Our Process:
The clients wanted to let the property as high-end and therefore the design needed to be at a high level. The main aim for our client was to give them a return on their investment. Spending more time the beginning and achieving stunning results meant the apartment would achieve a higher rental value per week and stand out from the crowd.
The Result:
The house is now being successfully let with via Cornish Gems.
